During the event, representatives of Iceland Human Rights centre (IHRC) and of the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS) shall make a presentation of the general institutional framework that ensures the protection of human rights in their countries and the main public and private organizations that operate in this field in the two Donor States. Subsequently, based on the information shared during the seminar, the Romanian participants may initiate, on their own, bilateral meetings for establishing ways of cooperation and possible project partnerships with these entities.
The event will be held in English. The persons who have registered by the announced deadline will receive from the organizers the invitation to participate, together with the agenda of the event, in the coming days.
