The Romanian Social Development Fund (RSDF), Operator of the Programme “Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Enhanced Roma Inclusion” (Local Development), financed by the EEA and Norwegian Grants 2014-2021, intends to launch the call “Priority Interventions for Roma Communities”, the last of the calls for project proposals planned under the Programme, in June 2021.
Through this, RSDF will finance urgent interventions in Roma communities, interventions aimed at improving the social and educational facilities for children and young people, increaasing the access to health services, improving the housing conditions, facilitating the issuance of identity documents, providing social and legal support to the victims of evictions, promoting intercultural exchanges, etc.
The documentation of the call was summarized by RSDF under the form of an advisory document, which includes the objectives, eligible activities, indicators and expected results of the call and is available on the website of the Programme.
RSDF invites the experts and entities interested in Roma inclusion to comment on the proposed advisory document. Those interested are asked to send their comments to office@frds.ro, no later than 15:00 on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
